This buffer accumulation table is designed for handling a wide range of containers, including PET bottles, glass bottles, combibloc cartons, and tetra pak cartons, and is especially effective for irregular-shaped bottles.
It operates as a pressureless dynamic accumulation system, ensuring no bottle squeezing or jamming during infeed, storage, and outfeed processes.
The infeed mechanism features bottle gap compensation, achieving a high utilization rate of over 85% for the accumulation table. The bottle turning mechanism uses custom-molded slat chains, enabling smooth high-speed 90° transitions.
This system ensures continuous and stable production flow, preventing line stoppages caused by upstream or downstream speed fluctuations.
